This exhibition comprises 23 limited edition photographs of Marilyn Monroe, including a number of previously unseen images taken by Eve Arnold over a period of 10 years including the two month-long session while Marilyn was filming The Misfits.

These limited edition photographs, printed from the original negative are numbered and authenticated by Halcyon Gallery, who owns the rights to these Magnum Photos images.

The limited edition book (worldwide edition of 500, 100 available for Australasia ) comprises the book and limited edition print. Presented in a handmade black lacquered box, the book has silvered page edges with an attractive bookmark on a silver ribbon, showing a section from a contact sheet, complete with Marilyn’s chinagraph marks.
Each edition also contains an exclusive silver gelatin print of Marilyn. This beautifully mounted and framed print rests on a fine suedette finished tray in which the book nests. A holographic silvered certificate signed by Eve Arnold accompanies each numbered edition.

This book showcases almost 100 photographs including 28 previously unpublished images. Combined with Eve’s text, this poignant volume offers an insight into the career and personality of one of the world’s most beloved icons.
